Following God is the best way of Resilience and persistence 持続性. Adversity is just an experience; it is not your identity. Rely on colleagues, friends, or loved ones to help get you through hard times. The key to resilience is first learning how to stop rather than forge ahead (capacity, self-care). 🛫 pray for our coming God-equipped -“invention” of services to the world.

Thanksgiving

  • close a day w. God’s grace — deep learn: such a satisfied day as completed training about MCM. indeed, studying something useful w. good material is great, it is even greater is having a finish well sense at the end of the day. it helped me feel ready to rest and connect w. fam
  • children’s attention: lots of laughing at night w. An before bed when we practice VNese “bay gio la may gio” and let her read the book 時間力.
  • children’s attention — simplify services: 2 pages of sapix basic and kanji. taught her a new pattern in comparing which one is longer, she was eager in learning that. indeed, when teaching her with a pleasant spirit, she responded w. pleasant reaction and interest. the whiteboard really useful. so grateful. children are the joy of our lives and eyes.
  • children’s attention: by adding interesting stories while helped her w. her meal, she finished all the food and so interested to hear more.
  • 🛫 so grateful for such a joyful night w. children laughing voices
  • marriage: the last 2 days w. spouse at copain was good. it is a bit expensive but we needed it and spouse agreed that it is the right way of use money for. so grateful for all of the provision God has put into our home.
  • expand and include: 1:1 chat w. m.okoto was a pleasant. I felt empathy. I think such women are good for management position. I pray for our relationship to grow over time, Lord.
  • simplify services — dinner: gyudon was always so satisfying meal for me and spouse. then watermelon serve
  • my radar: fruitful in a sense that deep learn MCM while set a boundary w. team and 🛫have capacity for deep learn the existing system was good🛫. I hope God continue guide us in His way of contentment and let His love in me grow but not separate me and people by the differences.
  • my radar: new mom friend at work? m.okoto and f.ie being mom and being in same challenge and concerns about the next step is a blessing, indeed.
  • my radar: i was so glad receiving response from the scientists of berlin team for my ask of input for my ideas.

Prayer for Aug (1st fruit), the order has changed. I have top 3-plus purposes

  • 1st of all: prioritize my capacity: health, time and mental. which is the important source for me to follow the calling of God. (first drop my expectation on work, manager’s expectation. pick up a new concept: set boundaries) amen. → → 🌸 opportunity coming NOW 🛫 set the boundaries and build capacity to deep learn the existing system at work now.
  • 2nd of all: vision to invest the right things to An. she is at peak of consuming knowledge and discovering the world through experience and people connection → → 🌸 opportunity coming NOW. more Physical activities. 🛫 and next year-long challenge: make right responsibility to our children.
  • 3rd of all: expand to include others to our lives (fam lives and connect group lives) e.g. team, vnese mom communities, mom at work🛫, ballet mom communities ? scientists around the world? .. pray for it. do it purposefully → → 🌸 opportunity coming NOW. 🛫
  • build up my confidence as 1st lady of the Jesus: decent attire and inclusive attitude when being within social community. → → 🌸 opportunity coming NOW NOW

enjoy my journey and opportunities to earn the experience from the given environment e.g. scrum master, team lead .. continue develop the right (system) knowledge and vision knowledge (through trend inside and outside) and people connection knowledge for the next step of my tech career. be patient about God’s approval for promotion. for now enjoy learning, discovery and develop connection.→ → ★ needs a mindset change. NO LONGER my focuses. I need to shift this to deep learn the technical skill and vision/domain knowledge

While resilience refers to bouncing back after enduring a crisis, persistence refers to the ability to steadfastly pursue an objective despite opposition, delays, or other disadvantages. Both resilience and persistence are important because one must not only recover from a setback but have the endurance to continue and not give up. 🌸Strategies for Handling Adversity逆境🌸 Maintain a good attitude•. Trouble is inevitable, but it is also a tool that produces spiritual, emotional, and psychological strength. When we resist the temptation to feel that our trials are unfair and resist the pressure to respond in a negative way, we develop the “mental muscle” needed to overcome whatever obstacles arise. We learn to analyze the situation, ask for divine assistance, and anticipate a positive outcome. Believe in the God who resides within you•. Often in the face of adversity, our self-esteem takes a hit. Don’t allow any circumstances to make you feel less worthy. Your challenges do not define you. Adversity is just an experience; it is not your identity. Whatever happens, you are strong enough to regain control over your life. You simply need to remember that with God you can do all things. Rely on your support network•. Everyone can get down occasionally. During these times, you can rely on your support network to cheer you on and encourage you to get back up again. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Rely on colleagues, friends, or loved ones to help get you through hard times. Challenges are easier to handle when we have someone to talk to. The people in our support group can remind us of who we are when adversity tempts us to forget. Nurture your support group and do not forget that support goes both ways. Be there for others during their trying times. Don’t be overly critical of yourself•. Beware of allowing your mistakes or any setback to define who you are. You are not a failure if you lose your job or get passed over for a high-profile role. You still have worth and value, and you just need to get back up and prove it. Every defeat gives you the chance to learn from your mistakes, if any, and be wiser in the future. Don’t be afraid to accept responsibility•. Sometimes adversity seems to come inexplicably out of the blue; other times, it comes as a result of our own actions. If you find that you have made unwise decisions, don’t let this incapacitate you. Accept responsibility for your part in creating the problem and learn from your mistakes. Prepare a game plan to take those necessary next steps. Don’t neglect self-care•. Ironically, the key to resilience is first learning how to stop rather than forge ahead. It is essential to take care of your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Eating right, getting enough sleep, and exercising are critical. Most importantly, the time spent in the empowering presence of God and his Word will reap big dividends. ||| We often underestimate our ability to recover from challenging situations, but most people are far more resilient than they give themselves credit for. Many of us have already made significant accomplishments that required resilience. Often, it’s just a matter of looking back and evaluating past successes. Success in one area breeds confidence in other areas. It is often fear that holds us back from being either resilient or persistent; however, most situations aren’t as bad as we think they are.   • mind: fall of IN logic | some on physical condition | timely on spouse problem | many on exercise during the work day. moving also take a walk a harimazaka | time on independence | repeatedly manage, set goals/timeline for project
  • heart: enjoy the learning journey everyday now | commit to serve, to help/support and encourage others | inspired by movie “bankers” or “Grey Hound” .. forward to challenge something really impactful to multiple lives .. but need to be able to have God’s eyes to see it.
  • calling: fix my mind on Jesus in trouble/distress/testing-times/trials
  • worship: Jesus strong and kind. for the Lord is good and faithful. Life is hard but God is good.
  • bible: fix thoughts on Jesus, faithful, courage, hope in difficult time | expect the Holy Spirit to speak today. encourage one another daily
  • ask: guidance for the 2nd child. 🛫guidance for my independence ministry/service to the world, only what God equipped me to do. Guidance for a godly and Jesus-like wisely and joyful and helping and faithful to others🛫 for others {fam and neighbors to find and found You, especially spouse, dad, e.enial. ppl in authority to be helped by your angels so Your wills be done, especially for US president and corona issue}
