私たちクリスチャンでさえ、御霊を自分のうちにいただいて、将来の栄光を先取りしているにもかかわらず、罪からの完全な解放を待ち望んでうめいています。

Challenge

• discipline at the time of low physical condition. feeling lost, a sense of adapt to my shame.

Receive (at sleep)

• Go everyday with what is Certain 確実 as I believe God is walking me and guiding me e.g. next step, career (just one example, investor and travel and charity etc. vs. manager of an organization).
• Self-discipline is the most important thing to guard us in this long term journey, walking with God. Human is weak beyond expectation. We need to stick with it, with the help of the Holy Spirit, so that we won’t get astray along the way. History has proven how people get astray so easily after a time getting along with rules, not the conviction from the Holy Spirit. This is important for me to be strengthen, guard and continuously coach fam, children and get along with people.
• What unknown, uncertain, pray and ask God, honestly. no need to be worrying about it.
• one more (the Holy Spirit gifts are the equipment for me to get through life to the end ??)

1. The Spirit Groans. Did you know that you are a prayed-in, prayed-for, prayed-through person? The Holy Spirit, who lives in us, is praying 24/7x365 days for us, lifting us to God. Especially when we suffer, He asks the Father to strengthen, renew, and restore us during our struggles. The Spirit’s prayers are gut-felt, compassionate, and earnest. He groans with us and for us!
2. ローマ人への手紙 8:18–27 18けれども、私たちがいま味わっている苦しみは、後に私たちが受ける栄光に比べたら、取るに足りないものです。 19そして、神がお造りになったすべてのものが、神の子どもたちの復活を忍耐と希望をもって待ち望んでいます。 20–21その日には、罪、死、腐敗など〔この世界は今、神の命令により、不本意ながらこれらのものに支配されていますが〕は跡形もなく消え去り、この世界は、神の子どもたちが喜びをもって味わうことができる、罪からの輝かしい解放にあずかるからです。 22私たちは、自然界もこのすばらしい日を待ち望みながら、苦しみうめいていることを知っています。 23そればかりか、私たちクリスチャンでさえ、御霊を自分のうちにいただいて、将来の栄光を先取りしているにもかかわらず、罪からの完全な解放を待ち望んでうめいています。その日には、神が約束してくださった新しい体、すなわち、もはや苦しみも死もない体をいただくのです。 24私たちは、このように信じて待ち望むことで救われています。信じて待ち望むとは、今は持っていなくても、やがて与えられると確信して待つことです。すでに持っていると思う人は、神が与えてくださると期待したり、信じて待ち望んだりはしません。 25しかし、まだ起こっていないことを待たなければならないのなら、忍耐をもって、確信して待ち望むのです。
3. 26御霊も同じようにして、弱い私たちを助けてくださいます。私たちは、何をどのように祈ったらよいかさえわからないのですが、御霊は、ことばに表せないほどの深い同情と理解をもって、とりなしてくださるのです。 27すべての人の心を知っておられる父なる神は、御霊が私たちのために、神ご自身のお心にかなう願いをささげてくださる時、その願いの意図をもちろん知っておられます。

Pray

• Lord, have mercy on me and purify me again within Your love and mercy. We can fixed all my mistake and make me white again. I don’t want to live with guilt or shame. I want to live washed everyday under Your mercy, amen. Wash my heart again please, humble myself today, purify me again please.
• I pray for a humble day, Lord, amen.
• I pray for safe delivery of Ri and healing for my body
• I pray for a smooth day for my spouse at work, a good and gaining day for my children.
• I pray for deepen relationship with grandpa in the coming season. Let Your love and unity in our family be seen and I pray for their opportunity to know You for good, amen.
