Life challenge

• blue morning
• 1st thing I do of the day not longer worship the Lord and recharge joy and thankfulness. But it was let myself expose to work tabs on browsers, emails, slacks or facebook with overflowing news about ukraine
• earning something is a big challenge, even being given a baby, which is what we wished for. everything in this world comes with consequence .. BUT IS THIS A RIGHT THINKING? get fresh thinking
• code catchup was time taking and revealed my lacking of knowledge about AWS .. which is good and satisfied but at the same time it felt a stress of chasing to fill this knowledge gap, which not necessary be the best thing to do for my career. Still a good thing to enjoy learning at work
• every conversation about promotion with good or not-good friend raised a sadness within myself. I know that I want it and the thought that I deserved it invading again. my heart wants to tear. BUT GET FRESH THINKING here. I feel support, I feel people heart (ihciat) and I love continue to support them.

Thanksgiving

• there is still problems for me to brush myself further at work: synonyms, cw.
• there is good opportunity to build and operate on large scale product with aws components
• there is trust in the air at work
• there is support at home
• I just LACK a VISION for my CAREER: people talk about fitting in to a IC or team lead. I want to stay at the between. and I wonder it is the only way of FUTURE GROW in term of work. Maybe I want to spend more time to talk with people or hear people
• there is love at home. An wanted to sit with me when she did the soroban homework. and she asked if she would still be amaeru when her sibling arrives.

2022 Vision

• children increase and children discipline and serve with children at church, in society
• fam united. develop time capacity with my fam, with rich of me and my support and service there. time to talk and share with spouse
• get fresh thinking everyday. develop the right mindset and skillset of a people-scope person, who understand ppl pain, passion and goal and support them with my love-based trust, respect and expectation.
